Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been dispatched. Email us at presto.iimc@gmail.com with your order ID.

Refunds:
Refunds are processed in the following cases:
• The product received is defective or damaged.
• The wrong item was delivered.

To request a refund, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or wrong item delivered.
